We are looking for a committed professional with experience to develop and implement strategies to prevent losses due to accidents involving people, equipment, materials, and the environment.

Location:

Job Objective: The Sustainability Leader focuses on working with internal and external stakeholders to help the Company to a sustainable business. The SL reports to and assists the PSV ( Polymer Solution Vestolit) HSE&S Director. Sustainability is a transversal area that assists all Business areas and Site Managers.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree environmental science, sustainability, resource management,public policy, economics or related field.
• Practical experience in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of development projects related to sustainability.
• Experience including analytical work, program/project development in the area of sustainability.
• Experience in MS Word, Excel, advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database packages, and handling of web-based management systems will be an advantage.
• English (proficient).
• Knowledge of Reporting Implementation (GRI, CSRD, Ecovadis, etc.)
• Circularity
• Relationship management with clients on sustainability issues.
• Ability to plan and follow up on actions.

Main Responsibilities:
• Participating along with directors and plant managers in the creation of new processes and products based on sustainability.
• Managing relationships with directors, plant managers, customers, external organizations, among others, to discuss the key barriers and levers in adopting sustainability opportunities.
• Coordinating the management of external entities regarding existing sustainability policies, plans, and programs in the chemical or plastics industry.
