Fleet Operations Sustainability Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Engineer to join our team and drive impactful changes across our fleet.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement energy efficiency projects that reduce fuel consumption and emissions.
• Liaise with onboard teams and shore-based stakeholders to develop accurate energy baselines and optimize energy usage.
• Collaborate with various departments to monitor, analyze, and report on fleet performance.

Requirements:
• Expertise in electrical engineering, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, including Flag State, USCG, and IMO regulations.
• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
