A company is looking for a Sustainability Director to design and implement sustainability strategies for a global occupier client.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the delivery of the client's real estate sustainability strategy, conducting assessments and designing comprehensive sustainability strategiesLead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Sustainability Program across the client's portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholdersTrack, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics and ensure effective communication of program strategies and progress to all levels of staffRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree in sustainability management, science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience (master's degree preferred)At least 10 years of relevant experience managing large-scale programs for Fortune 100 corporationsAt least 5 years of experience managing people and teamsExpert understanding of relevant standards from The GHG Protocol, CDP, and TCFDProven track record in sustainability program management in real estate, including strategic planning and project management
