Sustainability Data Analyst
IntePros is seeking an experienced sustainability professional to support enterprise-wide emissions reduction efforts, with a strong focus on supplier data validation and carbon accounting. This role centers on analyzing supplier-provided sustainability data, ensuring alignment with greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting standards, and engaging strategic suppliers to secure measurable emissions reduction commitments.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in GHG protocol methodologies, carbon footprint analysis, and sustainability assurance practices, along with strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and validate supplier-provided sustainability and emissions data to ensure compliance with established requirements and reporting standards.
• Support emissions reduction initiatives across both internal operations and the broader supply chain.
• Apply GHG quantification methodologies, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions accounting.
• Partner with supply chain teams to engage strategic suppliers and secure commitments to reduce emissions from products and services.
• Participate in supplier meetings to review performance, validate data, and drive accountability.
• Contribute to the development of supplier-facing communications materials related to sustainability expectations and commitments.
• Work with complex, multi-source datasets to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for footprint reduction.
• Deliver clear, well-structured written and verbal updates that translate technical sustainability concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional experience in corporate sustainability, carbon accounting, life-cycle assessment (LCA), and/or sustainability third-party assurance.
• Demonstrated expertise in GHG emissions quantification methodologies and reporting standards, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex sustainability datasets.
• Deep understanding of GHG Protocol standards and carbon footprint methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage suppliers and translate technical findings for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• GHG Protocol Expertise - Strong understanding of emissions accounting standards and methodologies.
