Job Description
Danone is hiring a Sustainability Data Analyst in London for a two-year early careers program with a starting salary of £35,000. The role involves data analysis to support sustainability initiatives, including carbon footprint assessment and reporting. Candidates will collaborate with various stakeholders and receive training to progress to a managerial level. No degree or prior experience is required, and the position offers benefits like annual leave and community volunteering.

Our Sustainability team is bringing our business purpose to life through our Danone Impact Journey. Across the two-year programme, you’ll gain a breadth of exposure across several projects all whilst earning a starting salary of £35,000!
Our Sustainability team plays a crucial role in integrating the Danone Impact Journey into our business operations, bringing our purpose to life. We lead the charge in fulfilling our environmental commitments and driving community impact programs.
As a Data Analyst in the Sustainability team, you'll gain invaluable experience in data analysis and reporting, empowering us to make informed, evidence-based decisions for maximum impact. Throughout your journey, you'll receive comprehensive support while taking on key responsibilities, such as analysing the carbon footprint of new products and sustainability initiatives.
Across the two years you could be:
• Gathering data and insights to help us understand our sustainability and carbon impact.
• Managing mandatory reports, working to improve accuracy, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across the UK and Ireland, including logistics, procurement, sales and marketing, enhancing your communication skills.
You will have a direct impact on key sustainability projects including our carbon and environmental impact and reducing plastic & food waste.
