Job Description

ICONMA, LLC is seeking a Sustainability Analyst for a hybrid role in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include data analysis, maintaining project management dashboards, managing vendor processes, and supporting sustainability reporting. Our Client, a Software company, is looking for a Sustainability Analyst for their Seattle, WA/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
• Reviewing documents and information from specific websites
• Creating, populating, and organizing data in a spreadsheet
• Conducting data analysis within the spreadsheet
• Summarizing results/recommendations in the spreadsheet as well as in Google Slides
• Maintaining communications and relationships with a set of internal and external stakeholders
• Populating and maintaining project management dashboards (status of activities, next steps, potential roadblocks)
• Manage internal processes and documents related to vendor onboarding, RFP execution, purchase orders, invoicing, records management
• Lead the collection and organization of documentation for annual GHG foot printing and other forms of sustainability reporting
• Support strategy development related to Client’s engagement with the voluntary carbon market and other environmental markets
• Support the research and analysis of climate trends for topics like carbon markets and projects, the energy transition, climate policies and standards, AI, and more
• Create communications materials (presentations, memos, etc.) with internal and external stakeholder engagement

Requirements:
• 4+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated analytical fluency, including a mix of qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Ability to problem solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Driven, entrepreneurial, self-starting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented, hands-on, and flexible attitude.
• Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Slack, GPT / Generative AI, Coupa, any Collaborative tools (Quip, Miro)
• Contract/transaction management
• Internal documentation and reporting
• Advanced modeling: What If analysis, Goal seek, Scenario Manager
• Tableau
• Years of Experience: 4+
