About the Role
As a Sustainability Analyst, you will provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on climate and sustainability challenges, supporting clients in their transition strategies. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to emissions modelling, sustainability reporting, and regulatory advisory, driving data-driven insights that inform key business and policy decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support climate risk and sustainability assessments for corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct emissions modelling, climate scenario analysis, and net-zero transition planning.
• Provide data-driven insights on ESG performance, sustainability reporting, and compliance.
• Analyse regulatory and policy developments shaping sustainability and climate strategies.
• Develop decarbonisation roadmaps, supporting energy transition and circular economy initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders, preparing reports, presentations, and advisory briefs.
• Contribute to climate finance and sustainable investment advisory projects.
• Research emerging trends in carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability innovation.
• Collaborate with economists, engineers, and policy experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support business development initiatives through research, proposals, and thought leadership.
Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sustainability, climate risk, ESG advisory, or energy transition.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in climate modelling, emissions forecasting, or ESG metrics.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, climate disclosures (e.g., TCFD), and carbon markets.
• Experience in sustainability reporting, net-zero strategy, or corporate sustainability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis, scenario modelling, or sustainability assessment tools.
• Consulting, financial services, or corporate sustainability experience highly regarded.
