Key Responsibilities

The Senior Policy Advisor will play a key role in advancing clean energy policy initiatives, working closely with the Director and Deputy Director to identify opportunities and pursue strategic objectives.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Strategic advising on clean energy policy development and implementation
• Developing workplans, budgets, and timetables for projects
• Managing existing and new high-profile projects
• Collaborating with national and international agencies, organizations, and funders
• Mentoring team members and providing guidance on policy research and development
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 10 years of experience in energy policy development and/or implementation, energy program development and management, or related activity
• Experience working at the state level on clean energy policy development and evaluation
• Strong knowledge of energy industry challenges, opportunities, and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
