Job Description
The Sustainability Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the department, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, mentoring social impact initiatives, and analyzing data to measure program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain metrics to measure the Social Impact Program's effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on social impact performance for senior management.
• Lead training and awareness programs to educate internal teams on social impact.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and at least 7-10 years of experience in sustainability, supplier diversity, community engagement, or supply chain management.
