This is a unique opportunity to work globally and cross-functionally to drive ESG initiatives in the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading ESG projects and developing strategic partnerships with diverse supplier organizations.
Responsibilities Include:
• Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with diverse supplier organizations.
• Cross-functionally organized completion of customer inquiries, and surveys related to Sustainable Sourcing topics.
• Value chain partnerships with customers, suppliers, industry organizations, NGOs, regulatory agencies, and/or Academia.
• Development of auditing & reporting process with Risk and Compliance, EHS, Procurement, and Analytics team as applicable.
• Recognition and encouragement of suppliers who exhibit a commitment to diversity, irrespective of company size, longevity, and ownership.
