Job Description:

Enfinity Global is looking for a Supply Chain Director / Manager with more than 7 years of experience who will be responsible for procuring and managing the supply chain for photovoltaic modules and high voltage equipment (Main Power Transformers and HV breakers).

The candidate should have a working knowledge of the solar renewable industry with a special focus on the photovoltaic module and high voltage equipment markets. This person must have strong relationships with the module and HV equipment supply chains. He/she must also be comfortable in highly interactive teamwork environments as they will be interfacing on a daily basis with multiple areas of the company – engineering, finance, project management, and development.

Our final candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, a high level of self- motivation, and be comfortable working in a very dynamic environment and with highly expansive growth strategies.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company’s procurement strategy for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with company goals, project needs, and ensuring minimal regulatory risk.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
• Manage the procurement of long-lead items and ensure proper coordination with project management teams to avoid delays.
• Review, negotiate, and approve contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are compliant with company guidelines.
• Oversee procurement budget management and cost control measures to optimize efficiency and reduce overall project costs.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on procurement activities, performance metrics, and risk management.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure all contracts and purchasing activities are properly documented and in line with company policies.

Qualifications & experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the solar renewable industry with focus on PV modules and HV equipment.
• Experience in global sourcing and international negotiations
• Organized and meticulous person.
• High level of negotiation skills
• Ability to set, manage, and track multiple priorities and related details
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Availability to travel for business most of the time to Miami and/or supplier sites.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Fluent in English (professional vocabulary is a must). Mandarin or Spanish desirable.
• Creative thinker, trying to find new ways of doing things
• Hands-on mentality, and focus on getting things done
• Taking ownership and wanting to get things right
