In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain for our Semi Harness product, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components to support our production and delivery goals. Manage end-to-end supply chain for the Semi Harness product, including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality components to support production and delivery goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
Implement and maintain efficient and sustainable supply chain processes.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure alignment and efficiency in the supply chain.
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Monitor market trends and developments to anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and proactively mitigate risks.
Develop and maintain relevant metrics and reporting to track supply chain performance and communicate updates to leadership.
Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain team.
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in supply chain management to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.
Act as a brand ambassador for Tesla, promoting our mission and values in all interactions with suppliers and stakeholders.
Effectively manage the budget and resources allocated to the Semi Harness supply chain team.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
