Snapshot Of The Role

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Purchasing Supervisor to join our Purchasing department at the Tawau Head Office. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, your will involve in entering and ensure accuracy of procurement data, sourcing, negotiating, and procuring the materials and services essential to our integrated poultry business.

You Are Driven To
• To prepare and file records of Purchase Order (PO) as per approved Request Order (RO)
• To source for products and negotiate for best price
• To closely monitor & follow up with supplier for prompt delivery
• To reconcile outstanding invoices against purchases
• To update relevant departments for any revised price
• To follow up & monitor Day-Old-Chick intake
• To handle other allocated tasks in the purchasing department

What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Degree / Diploma in a business-related field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement or purchasing
• Familiar with Purchasing documentation such as Requisition Order (RO) and Purchase Order (PO)
• Experience of working with ERP software will be an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
