Expected pay for this position is $21.72 - $25.55/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is an Hourly position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Enviromental Services Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of EVS personnel, operation and coordination of department funtion. This role actively collaborates with the other leadership team members in the newhire life cycle - inluding interviewing, selecting, training, and evaluating department personnel. In addition to oversight of personnel, this position is responsible for effectively complying with regulatory standards, financial analysis of department operation and collaboration with leadership team members to support the department in its daily function.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 2 years in Healthcare Enviromental Services or 2 years of supervisory experience.

Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED Experience: 1 year supervisory or lead experience CHEST Certification
