Responsibilities

Works with department senior leaders to oversee daily operations of facility. Directs and manages work for assigned personnel to assure that established standards are achieved while improving upon performance excellence goals and promoting teamwork among personnel. Maximizes department workflows to enhance patient throughput. Demonstrates knowledge of DNV standards and holds team members accountable for successful execution of duties.

Required:
• One year in a healthcare setting
