Job Description

Tigbourne Capital Ltd is offering a Summer 2025 Private Equity Internship, focusing on ESG green oil finance deals and outreach to upstream oil companies. Interns will conduct market research, assist with documentation, and collaborate across teams. Ideal candidates are college seniors or graduates with a passion for finance and energy, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities. This is an unpaid remote internship.

Responsibilities

1. ESG Green Oil Finance Deal: Collaborate with the Tigbourne Capital team on a groundbreaking ESG green oil finance deal.

2. Outreach to Upstream Oil Companies: Engage in proactive outreach initiatives to upstream oil companies to promote and facilitate the utilization of our innovative financial product.

3. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential partners and opportunities within the upstream oil sector.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams within Tigbourne Capital to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

1. Interest in Finance and Energy: Demonstrated passion for finance and energy sectors, with a keen interest in exploring sustainable investment opportunities.

2. Educational Background: Currently enrolled in college as a senior or graduate student. A degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.

4. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

5. Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also capable of taking initiative and working independently when necessary.

6. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
