**Your Responsibilities:**

• Actively support us in service support, including processing inquiries and problem-solving for internal applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for application processes and systems, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and support process optimization.

**What We're Looking For:**

• Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Informatics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong affinity for IT support processes and documentation tasks.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with users.
• Meticulous and structured work approach with a high quality awareness.
