What to expect:

• Diverse tasks in a highly motivated team where you actively drive the optimization of our solar park portfolio through technical project management.
• Monitoring the improvement of our internal processes while closely collaborating with other departments.

Your responsibilities:

• Technical consulting for internal asset management for our solar parks.
• Technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning of repowering and maintenance projects.
• Planning repowering projects, risk assessments, and market analyses.
• Analyzing the performance and availability of existing parks.
• Making insurance claims and supporting warranty management.
• Selecting, commissioning, and evaluating expert opinions.
• Driving knowledge transfer between ongoing operations and investments.
• Standardizing technical operation contracts' contents, negotiating EPC service contracts and component purchase contracts, and independently managing them.
• Developing technical project optimizations and implementing timely measures.

Requirements:

• University or technical college degree in Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in technical management in the solar industry or O&M.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and excellent English and German language skills.
• Strong analytical skills and an understanding of complex relationships.
• Initiative, commitment, decision-making skills, and cooperative behavior.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for inspections, commissioning, and acceptances.
