What are we looking for?

Site Lead O&M Janauba. Manage all current activities on the site, monitoring the generation and ensuring the availability and high-performance ratio.

What Challenges will you face?

• Control the annual maintenance and define daily maintenance priorities;
• Lead weekly performance meetings to review fixed problems, current state, and action plans;
• Manage and improve the KPIs of availability and performance ratio for the operating contracts;
• Support the procurements team for inventory control and optimization.
• Report all site events and activities

What specific knowledge do you require?

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with construction management or operation and maintenance;
• Degree in engineering, administration or similar
