Responsibilities
• Manage and develop analysts.

• Manage all deliverables for ordinary course deployment to existing tax equity and debt funds.

• Coordinate diligence for and manage day-to-day relationships with tax equity investors and lenders.

• Assist with negotiation of and modeling for new tax equity and debt funds.

• Build, maintain, and extend project finance and corporate financial models.

• Support evaluation of strategic opportunities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
• BA in economics, finance, energy, or a related field.

• 4+ years in project finance at a financial institution, lending or investing in, advising on transactions related to, or developing renewable energy projects.

• Fluency in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity and debt structures.
