We are looking for Structural Bioinformatics Scientist to join a global biopharmaceutical team, working on the development of new treatments. In this role, you'll be using the latest AI tools and molecular simulations to support drug discovery and development. You'll work in a collaborative team environment, applying your expertise to help create innovative therapies that can improve patients' lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience with AI-driven structural predictions and molecular simulations, utilizing tools such as AlphaFold, RosettaFold, and Boltz.
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract
• UoP: 17000 – 20000 PLN gross/month
• B2B: 140 – 170 PLN net/hour + VAT
You Might Be The Perfect Match If You Are/have
• Strong background in structural biology.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: AlphaFold, RosettaFold, or Boltz., along with docking and modeling techniques.
• Experience with molecular dynamics simulations and computational analysis.
• Capability of analyzing complex datasets and performing high-throughput screening.
• Familiarity with Python or R for scripting and data analysis.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Openness to collaboration.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Polish (B2).
• Residence in Poland due to formal contract requirements.
Nice To Have
• Experience with Slurm and high-performance computing (HPC).
• Familiarity with AWS.
