The Opportunity

We are seeking a Strategy Consultant with 1-3 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who have developed foundational consulting skills and are looking to accelerate their careers in a high-impact environment. As a consultant, you will engage directly with clients, contribute to strategic projects, and work alongside experienced professionals to deliver data-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do
• Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and financial modeling to support client engagements.
• Synthesize data to identify key insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Assist in structuring and delivering strategic initiatives, working closely with senior consultants and leadership.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and proposals for executive-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and implementation.
• Manage workstreams with increasing independence, demonstrating ownership and initiative.
• Working arrangement is hybrid. Travel to client sites, the firm office site and/or conferences/events are required. Up to 75% travel is required.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience: 1-3 years of consulting experience at a reputable firm (e.g., Big Four, MBB, or well-regarded boutique consultancies).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a structured approach to tackling complex challenges.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
• Leadership Potential: Ability to take initiative, manage workstreams, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
