Job Overview:

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is central to the organization's future. The Manager, Strategy & Sustainability leads program design and innovation, partnership development, impact evaluation, and strategic planning. The position is responsible for translating the organisationâs vision into bold, sustainable programs and partnerships that deepen impact across Nigeria and globally. The Manager ensures that the organisation's programs are survivor-centered, data-driven, and strategically positioned for long-term growth and funding.

Key Responsibilities:

â Lead the development and execution of the organisation's annual budgeting process, financial strategy, & multi-year forecasting.

â Design, implement, and evaluate programs in line with the organization's strategic plan and mission.

â Lead organisational strategy development, research, M & E, and knowledge management.

â Drive donor engagement, proposal writing, and new business development.

â Build strategic partnerships across sectors (government, donors, private sector, CSOs).

â Ensure program alignment with national policies, global trends, and survivor needs.

â Oversee research, advocacy, and policy initiatives that drive system-level change.

â Manage a team of program officers, M&E specialists, and partnership officers where applicable

â Report on program effectiveness, scale readiness, and sustainability to the Executive Director.

Qualifications:

â Masterâs degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, or a related field.

â 5â7 years of program leadership experience, with strong M&E and partnership development expertise and 3 years in a leadership role within a nonprofit.

â Proven success in scaling programs, managing donor relations, and policy influence.

â Exceptional communication, storytelling, and cross-sector negotiation skills.

â Ability to think big-picture and translate strategy into results.
