">About the Role

We are seeking a National Green Stormwater Infrastructure Practice Lead to develop and implement innovative solutions for green stormwater infrastructure, nature-based solutions, climate adaptation, and resilience.

This leader will support business development, provide technical expertise, and guidance to projects, and engage with regional teams to grow our market share by providing world-class resilience planning, design, and implementation services.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams in the water resources field, developing new business, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to guide the development of solutions for municipal, utility, state, and governmental clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as National Green Stormwater Infrastructure Practice Lead
• Engage directly with new and existing clients to develop new business
• Facilitate and orchestrate client and stakeholder workshops
• Provide thought leadership, engage with external community, and serve as a subject matter expert
• Engage with and guide the development of planning solutions/studies/projects
• Support recruitment, mentorship, and growth of the team to broaden capabilities
• Cultivate innovative partnerships to leverage new technologies and approaches
• Coordinate business development and strategy implementation with a diverse network across the organization including Client Directors/Project Managers in the region and Solution Leads from Planning, Environmental, Federal, Heavy Civil infrastructure, Alternative Funding
