About the position

The Stormwater, Rec and Erosion Control Technician position at Earth X involves a variety of responsibilities primarily focused on construction-related activities in the field. The technician will engage in tasks such as digging, raking, sweeping, shoveling, and heavy lifting, all of which are essential for effective stormwater management and erosion control. The technician must demonstrate proficiency in understanding water flow and erosion processes, as well as retaining and applying stormwater methodology and regulations related to installations and inspections. The ability to follow general instructions for the installation and repair of materials is crucial, as is the capacity to layout materials according to project plans. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a positive attitude, being reliable and punctual, listening to and following instructions, and asking questions when clarification is needed. The technician will also assist in loading and unloading work vehicles, maintain personal safety with issued PPE, and ensure the safety of others on the job site. A strong work ethic and a desire to improve technical knowledge and equipment operation are essential for success in this role.

Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid Driver's License is required.
