Job Description
Adecco is seeking a Store Manager for their fast fashion or beauty division in Singapore. The role involves leading a team to achieve sales targets, client acquisition, and team development. Responsibilities include maintaining boutique standards, marketing initiatives, staff coaching, and enforcing policies. Candidates should have 8 years of retail experience, strong customer relations, and leadership skills. This is a full-time position with no specified degree requirement.
You will lead the team to achieve short and long-term sales performance, including meeting turnover targets, profitability, and client database growth. You will play a vital role in motivating and guiding the team, while also nurturing their professional development.
Adecco collaborates with globally recognized luxury brands known for their innovation in fast fashion, beauty, and creativity. They are currently looking for a Store / Assistant Manager to join their team. The Job:
• Responsible for the upkeep of the boutique at all times.
• He/she must ensure that any visitor to the boutique is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism according to store/boutique standards.
• The Store / Assistant Manager is a key person for client acquisition. He/she should lead the effort of the team to acquire new clients, not only by converting walk-in clients but also by following a tactic of client acquisition outside the boutique
• Ensure that all team members actively use the database of the boutique
• The manager shall propose to the team, to create marketing actions to help achieve its sales objectives. (Mailing, cocktails, collaboration with clubs, etc...)
• The manager is in charge of enforcement of the discount policy.
• To ensure that the stock value is below the maximum coverage
• To coach all its team, recruit new staff, and evaluate the team members
• Assessment of the training development of the team.
The Talent:
• 8 years of retail experience with at least 4 years at the supervisory level
• Excellent customer relations management skills with a solid client base
• Sound knowledge in watch / high jewelry is a definite asset
• Strong business sense of retail service, passion for retail operations
• Good knowledge of computer applications
• Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint & reporting
• Sales-driven and able to work under pressure
• Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
