Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Lead - Startup Engagement Program to engage with startups and provide support through various GoMassive services. This role combines business development, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to support early-stage startups.
<br>
Required Skills and Qualifications
<br><br>• Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.<br>• 1-3 years of experience within the startup ecosystem, venture capital, or innovation sector.<br>• Strong understanding of the challenges startups face at different stages of growth and the ability to provide relevant, actionable support.<br>• Proven track record of managing successful programs, partnerships, and teams.<br>• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.<br>• Strong network in the startup, venture capital, and tech communities.<br>• Exposure to digital tools and experience in Canva/Figma is an added advantage.<br>• Flair to create compelling presentations and reports.<br><br>
