Tesla is seeking an experienced Sr. Solar Performance Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of solar power production, a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and a commitment to excellence. Our Sr. Solar Performance Engineer needs to be a strong problem-solver and have a passion for improving the performance of solar energy systems.Required qualifications include: a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; a minimum of 5 years' experience in the solar energy industry; and a demonstrable ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team. Previous experience in the manufacturing and/or operations of solar power systems, as well as familiarity with industry-standard technologies, techniques, and strategies, is also necessary.
