Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Logistics Associate. The Senior Logistics Associate will be responsible for managing packing and inventory control processes, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with team members and external partners to streamline logistics operations.
• Coordinating logistical operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Using logistical data and analytical models to optimize supply chain processes.
• Working with suppliers, carriers, and customers to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and resolve any delivery issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, transportation movements, and other logistical information.
• Evaluating the performance of logistical operations against key performance indicators and quality standards.
• Developing logistics strategies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with other departments and 3PL partners for issues including, but not limited to, clearance issues, failed delivery attempts, incorrect delivery details, need for additional information, advice on refunds/remakes, etc.
• Zendesk knowledge is a plus
Qualifications
• Proficient in Packing and Inventory Control skills
• Experience in Inventory Management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• Knowledge or experience in international shipping, handle full set import and export documents. Experience for shipment ex China to US is a plus also
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
