The analyst will support Electrex Inc. and Seat King LLC by providing financial modeling, cost analysis, and performance monitoring in manufacturing environments. Location: This is an onsite position based in Wichita, KS and Hutchinson, KS, with a commitment to travel between both locations as business dictates.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support two of Capital III's operating companies-Electrex Inc. and Seat King LLC, both leading manufacturers that serve OEMs in the agriculture, construction, turf, and off-road machinery industries. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions across high-mix/low-volume manufacturing environments focused on custom solutions for major equipment manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
In support of Electrex Inc. and Seat King LLC, this role will:
• Provide advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis across two complementary manufacturing organizations.
• Lead cost analysis and margin optimization across product lines serving OEM customers in heavy equipment and off-road industries.
• Support pricing strategy development and cost-to-serve analysis by customer, product, and platform.
• Analyze plant-level performance including labor efficiency, material usage, production output, and overhead allocation.
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across both organizations, including operational and financial metrics such as throughput, inventory turnover, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
• Translate operational performance into financial impact to support Business Performance Indicator (BPI) initiatives and drive Return on Investment (ROI).
• Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain leaders on capital investment decisions, make-versus-buy analysis, and budgeting.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to guide decision-making at the executive level.
• Align financial support with strategic planning, ISO9001 goals, and manufacturing excellence targets.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5-8+ years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing, preferably supporting OEM or complex product industries.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and standard costing.
• Proven ability to support multi-entity operations and manage intercompany financial activities.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syteline, NetSuite); Power BI or Tableau highly preferred.
• Strong communicator with the proven ability to successfully present complex financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading scenario modeling for capital investments, production scaling, and new product introductions.
