Required: Hands-on experience with mission-critical equipment, such as generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, RRPKey Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE, ME, or equivalent practical experience).- At least 4 (four) years of relevant control systems mission critical / data center industry experience.- PE Licensure preferred or willingness to obtain with company support.- Expertise in Technical Management Systems and Engineering standards.- Proficient in monitoring project performance against technical, cost, and schedule benchmarks.- Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and safety protocols.- Hands-on experience with mission-critical equipment, such as generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, RRP- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt rapidly to new technologies.- Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.- Capable of performing physical tasks and working in demanding environments.
