Risk Transfer and Resilience

We facilitate risk transfer to capital markets via catastrophe bonds, promoting climate mitigation, resilience, and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cloud Development: Design, integrate, and maintain cloud-based systems, applications, and components to support product development.
• Automation and Integration: Develop automated processes to improve efficiency, enabling the team to focus on strategic development and value creation.
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Oversee application and infrastructure planning, testing, and development, fostering shared responsibility for scalability and reliability.
• CI/CD Pipeline Maintenance: Deploy and improve CI/CD tools and pipelines, implement GitOps, and continuously seek process improvements.
• Deployment and Monitoring: Collaborate with the team to monitor services, respond to incidents, and enhance service reliability for optimal user experience.
Requirements
• At least 8 years of experience in relevant field
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering
• Experience with Git version control
• Proficiency in Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS)
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Knowledge of observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, logging systems
• Bash scripting skills
• Python development skills for tools, testing, and quality assurance
• Experience building pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Experience with high availability systems
• Understanding of microservices architecture, HTTP servers, REST, Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Expertise in designing and managing large real-time and HPC systems
