About the position

Dynamic Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our accounting team in Philadelphia, PA. This hybrid position is crucial for managing the accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling the end-to-end processing of invoices, verifying and reconciling invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors. The role requires addressing and resolving discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments, preparing and processing payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH transactions, and ensuring timely disbursement of payments to vendors. In addition to payment processing, the Accounts Payable Coordinator will review and process employee expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies, and verify receipts and documentation for accuracy and completeness. The position also involves maintaining organized and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions and generating regular reports to provide insights into payment status and financial data. The candidate will utilize accounts payable automation tools to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and improve accuracy, contributing to the ongoing development and optimization of AP automation processes. This role is essential in supporting the financial integrity of Dynamic Energy as we continue to grow and expand our renewable energy projects across the U.S.

Requirements
