We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Residential Solar Installers / Technicians. With a commitment to sustainability and renewable energy, Solar Energy Partners is dedicated to providing clean and cost-effective solar solutions to homeowners, while offering the highest quality solutions & being committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Installing solar panels and related equipment, following design plans and specifications.
· Mounting solar panels on rooftops or other structures, ensuring proper alignment and positioning.
· Connecting wiring and electrical components to integrate solar systems into existing electrical systems.
· Performing tests and inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety of solar systems.
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with solar installations and making necessary repairs.
· Assisting with site surveys and evaluations to determine the feasibility and optimal placement of solar systems.
· Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Basic knowledge of electrical systems and principles.
· Basic understanding of solar systems including installation techniques and methods of power transmission (e.g., conduit).
· Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in solar installation.
· Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
Schedule:
· Monday through Friday
· Travel between 25% and 50%

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
