What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate and maintain solar power plants, ensuring safety and operational excellence.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
Use advanced tools (digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps) to test electrical components and ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
Inspect mechanical and electrical systems to identify and correct potential issues before they become problems.
Keep accurate records, including work orders, service logs, and emergency schedules.
Manage and maintain an inventory of tools and equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
Train, mentor, and guide laborers, helping them develop the skills to become apprentices.
Stay up to date with training programs to meet evolving safety and operational standards.
Be part of a dedicated team ready to help when needed, including being available for weekend or holiday shifts and on-call service.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of relevant experience working with solar power systems or in a similar technical role.
Valid Driver’s License (required).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with the team and document work.
Ability to perform basic electrical calculations and interpret electrical schematics.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physical tasks as required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently.
Interpersonal skills to engage with team members at all levels and help build a collaborative environment.
