Solar Service Technician

Qualifications
• Ability to drive a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
• Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 2+ years of experience in residential solar panel system repair and maintenance
• 1+ years of field construction experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including solar panel systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to work on rooftops and confined spaces
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Primary Responsibilities
• Managing and completing a variety of service work for Top Tier Solar Solutions Customers
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair multiple types of solar systems
• Diagnose and repair solar panel systems in residential homes
• Perform preventative maintenance on solar panel systems
• Review schedules and perform audits of existing service appointments
• General construction work (drywall, roof repairs, etc.)
• Keep accurate records of service calls and maintenance performed
• Interact with customers at a professional level, representing Top Tier Solar Solutions with professionalism and a customer experience mindset
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Conduct other duties as required
