Here’s what you’ll do:
• Walk around neighborhoods
• Engage with people about the unmatched benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money
• Identify customer needs and tailor the perfect solar solutions for them
• Provide comprehensive information about quotes, orders, warranties, and more
• Develop compelling proposals and quotes for potential clients
• Assess locations to ensure they’re ideal for solar equipment and estimate power output
• Demonstrate the functionality and benefits of solar equipment
• Craft innovative marketing plans and strategies for your sales area
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address any concerns after the sale
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently or within a team
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• A genuine passion for solar energy and sustainability
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to meet and exceed sales goals

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
