Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role involves engaging with potential customers through various sales techniques, including outside sales and door-to-door approaches, particularly in the energy sector. This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Representative located in Cheyenne, WY. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. Your tasks will include conducting market research, identifying customer needs, providing product information, and setting appointments for Closers. THIS ROLE DOES NOT REQUIRE CLOSING DEALS. It is simply, appointment setting for our Closers and you receive commission! We have a direct path to promotion to become a Closer and make an even higher paycheck.
Duties
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
• Schedule appointments with potential customers in residential neighborhoods.
• Day-to-day tasks related to door knocking, collecting the home-owners utility bill and setting appointments.
• Attending weekly team sales meetings.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and networking within the community.
• Present and promote our energy products and services to potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.
Experience
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required (we offer comprehensive training to all employees)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Must be self-driven, highly motivated with a high energy, winning attitude
• Problem-solving orientation, self-disciplined, and honest

Pay: $3,470.00 - $15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
