Kumquat Solar is hiring a Sales Representative in Tucson, AZ, to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The role involves engaging customers through door-to-door and outside sales, building relationships, and utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce. Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our energy solutions, with a focus on solar products. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, including door-to-door and outside sales strategies, to expand our market presence.

Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential customers through various sales techniques, including door-to-door outreach and networking.
• Present and demonstrate the benefits of our solar energy products to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products.

Experience
• Previous experience in energy sales or solar sales is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in outside sales or door-to-door sales environments.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is beneficial.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities that can inspire teamwork and motivate others in achieving sales goals.

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
