Your Role:
As a Solar Sales Representative, you will:
• Engage and assist customers at our kiosks inside of major home improvement retailers, managing high foot traffic and promoting solar energy solutions.
• Canvas the store to set solar consultation appointments, effectively communicating the benefits of going solar.
• Utilize your sales closing skills to guide potential customers through the purchasing process, addressing objections and closing deals with confidence.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly targets while providing exceptional service.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales kiosk and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Utilize CRM systems and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to enhance the customer experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Passionate Individuals: A strong enthusiasm for renewable energy and helping people.
• Sales or Customer Facing Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales, marketing or outgoing customer relationship building with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Closing Expertise: Experience with in-home consultative sales strongly encouraged.
• Conversation Conversion: Experience converting casual interest to warm leads which lead to new customers— particularly in a solar energy or home-improvement related field.
• Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing excellent service and a strong work ethic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk around for extended periods.
