Job Description
Blue Raven Solar is hiring a Solar Sales Representative in Charleston, SC, with an OTE of $120K-$200K+. This commission-only position offers earnings of $2,800 to $8,000+ per deal and features a flexible schedule, uncapped commission, and potential incentive trips. Responsibilities include presenting solar systems to customers, leveraging networks for sales, and providing personalized follow-up. Sales experience and strong communication skills are preferred. Compensation • Commission only • Earn $2,800 - $8000+ per deal, depending on system size

Position Summary
You will be at the forefront of the sales process, guiding it from start to finish while working alongside an amazing team of Customer Service, Operations, and Installation pros. It’s a chance to make a real difference in a fun and supportive environment!
Responsibilities • Traveling to potential customer homes to present our cost and energy-saving solar systems. • Leads may be provided upon completion of training. • Leverage personal network, social media, and door-knocking efforts to create sales opportunities. • Educating potential customers on the benefits of solar with personalized proposals. • Personalized follow-up with customers to ensure their transition to Solar goes as seamlessly as possible. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
What’s Required • Professional, consultative approach to in-home presentations and proposals. • Ability to speak passionately about the positive impacts of sustainable solar energy. • Sales experience is preferred, Communication skills are required.
