As a Solar Sales Agent, you’ll balance two exciting aspects of the role: working inside a major home improvement store and knocking doors in local neighborhoods to promote the benefits of solar energy.

What You'll Do:

In-Store Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in-store to educate them about solar energy and its benefits.
• Set appointments for free solar consultations for homeowners interested in reducing their energy bills.
• Build relationships and maintain a positive, professional presence inside the store.

Door-to-Door Responsibilities:
• Knock on doors and introduce homeowners to the savings potential of solar energy.
• Schedule consultations for interested homeowners and become a key part of helping them transition to solar.
• Control your own schedule—whether you're out in the field or in the store, you decide when and where you work!

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication skills: You're comfortable interacting with a variety of people in different settings (in-store and door-to-door).
• Self-motivation and energy: Whether you’re standing in a store or walking through neighborhoods, you bring an energetic, driven personality to the table.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you to be a solar sales pro!
• Willingness to work in both settings: You’ll have the opportunity to engage with customers in-person at the store and out in the community.
