Job Description

Yello Energy Group is hiring a Solar Sales Consultant to educate customers on solar energy, generate leads, and manage the sales process. The role requires strong communication skills and a passion for renewable energy. It offers a flexible work schedule, competitive commission, and opportunities for career advancement. The position is remote-friendly and targets individuals with prior sales experience, particularly in the solar industry.

• Dead End position
• Losing deals due to miscommunication and no flexibility with pricing and products.
• No cultivation, motivation, and loss of your reasons to sell
• Been let down by the Installation team
• Losing referrals due to the client having a bad experience
• Not reaching your full potential
• Not being paid on time

Position: Solar Sales Consultant - (BDM)

Location: NSW or within the Sydney region.

We have our in-house Installation team, which allows us to control the positive outcome and gives us better control over project management. We are committed to customer satisfaction and reducing power bills and carbon emissions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy.
• Generating your own sales leads and working on the leads we provide.
• Start to End sales process.
• Preparing projects using our software.
• Updating notes, progression for each client using our software.
• Conducting a face-to-face presentation or pitching over the phone.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Closing sales and achieving monthly targets.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Requirements:
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar industry or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year- Commissions Only Role.
