• *Overview:

We're seeking a talented, collaborative, organized, and experienced sales professional, who is dedicated to addressing climate change through the use of renewable energy. As a Solar Sales Professional (also referred to as a Solar Home Advisor), you are the face of SunCommon and will take a consultative approach to educating customers on the growing role that solar is playing in our clean energy future.

While your home base will be our office in Waterbury, VT, you will spend much of your day visiting with homeowners throughout the region, with the goal of inspiring them to do their part in making a safer and healthier environment. You will have the ability to connect on a person-to-person level both directly and virtually.

• Demonstrated passion for the environment and our community
• 3+ years of successful direct sales experience
• Proven organizational skills to facilitate an exceptional customer experience
• History of top-notch collaboration across teams
• Excellent communication in person and by phone; clear and efficient writing ability
• Current driver's license, clean driving record, and maintenance of that clean driving record
• Solar industry experience is a plus but not required
