Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer sales team as we expand throughout Nevada and across the U.S. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, mentor sales staff, and drive strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets. This role offers significant growth potential within our rapidly expanding company, with the opportunity to earn $150,000+ in the first year.

Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership: Train, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on residential door-to-door outreach.
• Territory Management: Oversee sales activities within assigned regions to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives.
• Performance Development: Implement programs to coach, appraise, and enhance the skills of sales personnel.
• Cultural Development: Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and a passion for achieving results.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to set budgets for sales initiatives and events.
• Reporting: Prepare and present weekly performance reports to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
