Sun/Solar/Life LLC is seeking a Solar Sales Manager in Fulshear, TX, focused on expanding solar energy solutions in the Houston market. The role involves engaging homeowners, training D2D teams, and meeting sales targets. Candidates should have prior experience in door-to-door sales and team management. The position offers a commission structure initially, transitioning to salary with bonuses after 60 days. Flexibility in working hours is provided, but in-office presence is required.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in the Houston, TX areas. This a brand new market for us so it will require a lot of attention to detail and a from the ground up approach. This role is only for the individual with prior experience working with D2D Teams hiring, and training an organization. We are looking for 1 driven, realiable, and responsible Sales Manager to streamline the whole process with intentions to see growth, volume, and expansion. For the first 60 days this will be a commission, with overrides and incentives only position. After that 60 day mark we will evaluate and detremine the metrics and sales we have made. At this point it will become a salary + commissions + incentives + bonus position. The work will be earned and not given . This is a great opportunity to oversee a sales team with growth and perseverance and lockdown a solid home with Sun/Solar/Life LLC .

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, phone calls, and other lead-generation methods to schedule appointments.
• Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and how it can reduce their energy costs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and customer information using our advanced CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and office trainings.
• Recruit, Hire, and Train D2D Appointment setters and closers in and off the field.
• Hold office meetings 2-3 times a week for in office training and in the field and on doors training as well.
• Work Mon-Sat with flexible hours to meet metrics and 40+ hours in office and on the doors will need to met to reach company expectations.
• Must maintain a minimum of 7 personal Sales monthly to maintain and keep metrics.

Qualifications:
• Must have Valid Drivers License and Access to a vehicle.
• Excellent customer service skills and team building skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and speaks English. is a plus.
• High Energy, Integrity, and Self Driven.
• Solar & Door to Door industry showing related experience in the industry.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass a background check
• Show a record of customers and sales that have been installed with a good merit.
• Able to work independently, a team player, and work well as a team.

You have the ability to make up to $100,000 a month just in commissions and upwards of $500,000 a year or more with incentives, bonuses, and overrides.

This role offers a great entry point into a Direct EPC Model as a Direct Sales Manager for Sun/Solar/Life LLC. with the potential for advancement into more senior sales positions. Your productivity and performance will dictate your accomplishments with us. If metrics and sales are met then the Salary Position +commissions+ incentives will be offered. We are only looking for 1 professional person with that IT factor to lead our company.

Schedule:
