Position Overview:
As a Senior Solar Sales Representative at ROI Solar Inc., you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, building teams and promoting the benefits of solar energy. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with homeowners, guiding them through the solar installation process, and delivering customized energy solutions that maximize savings and sustainability. R.O.I. Solar will defer all sales intake to this individual. R.O.I. Solar will be offering this position a list of sales partners that will be bringing in projects weekly and after managing these partners and sales will be receiving commissions on their projects as well.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new leads, actively seeking out business opportunities within our designated territory.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess customers' energy needs and recommend tailored solar solutions.
• Educate potential clients on the benefits of solar energy using effective sales techniques.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiating terms to close deals successfully.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, financing options, and solar technology advancements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar sales with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, financing programs, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
