Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales teams and drive growth in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in energy sales, and talent acquisition experience . This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively negotiate and market our innovative software solutions to potential clients.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Conduct market analysis in the DFW area and assign turf for appointment setters.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the solar energy market.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements
• Proven experience in solar sales
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
• Leadership Development with proven training and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
