Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive growth in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in energy sales, and talent acquisition experience . This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively negotiate and market our innovative software solutions to potential clients.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
• Conduct market analysis in the DFW area and assign turf for appointment setters.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the solar energy market.
• Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
• Proven experience in technical sales, within the solar or energy sector.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful sales teams.
• Leadership Development with proven training and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
• A passion for renewable energy solutions and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
