Job Summary

An average 12-month representative will make $105,000 and top earners $250,000-$450,000+.

The end result is a state reliant on greener energy, homeowners gaining independence from a utility, our team ascending into greater financial abundance, cultivating high level life skills, and business partnerships that will last a lifetime

Duties
• Attend morning meetings - which will consist of recognition, goal setting, trainings, and prize announcements
• Engage with homeowners through canvasing outreach with the intention of service and setting an appointment for our technicians who will close appointments for you.
• Participate in growth opportunities and leadership development
• Conduct yourself with professionalism, integrity, service, and a high work standard.
• Submit daily metrics each evening

Qualities & Qualification

- No sales experience is required

- Coachable, entrepreneur mindset, collaborative

- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

- An interest in renewable energy and conservation

- Ability to work independently and hold yourself to a goal

- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build rapport quickly with clients.

- Sales and Marketing skills

-Experience in lead generation, sales presentations, and deal closures

-Excellent customer service skills

-Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
